Hong Kong people better be aware that this is a trap.  Once this is accepted, Hong Kong will never ever have a fair election whether all votes are equal, and everyone has a equal right to be elected and to elect.  This suggestion essentially removes equality at nomination, destroying all hope of equal rights in joining the election and be nominated.  By restricting the definition of "universal suffrage" to only one-man-one-vote, and not adding other essential ingredients of a fair, just, equal and open election, the main building block of democracy, which is a safe guard of human rights and freedom, the PRC regime is trying to lure Hong Kong people into a trap of no hope to ever get democracy, which will lead to loss of human rights and freedom.
